• Transaction Information: Details regarding purchased vegetable items, measured weights, timestamps, and order reference IDs generated at our kiosks.
• Customer Contact Details: Name, mobile number, and email address provided voluntarily for receiving digital SMS/WhatsApp tax invoices or customer support.
• Technical & Optical Camera Logs: Our kiosk overhead optical camera processes top-down images solely in volatile local memory (RAM) in real time to classify agricultural produce. We do not store biometric or facial recognition data of customers.

3. Payment Data Security

When completing purchases via dynamic UPI QR codes or payment links, all financial transactions are processed by RBI-licensed payment aggregators (such as PhonePe).

Greenday Groceries never accesses, processes, or stores your UPI PIN, card numbers, CVV codes, or net banking credentials. Payment validation happens exclusively through secure tokenized server-to-server webhooks provided by the payment gateway.

4. Use of Your Information

We use collected data solely for the following legitimate purposes:

• Generating and delivering accurate digital billing receipts and invoices.
• Fulfilling customer support requests, refunds, or replacement claims.
• Detecting and preventing unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive use of self-checkout kiosks.
• Complying with statutory tax, accounting, and legal requirements under Indian law.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for advertising or marketing. Data is shared strictly with:

• Payment Partners: Authorized payment gateways (e.g. PhonePe) to securely authorize and verify transaction settlements.
• Statutory Authorities: Law enforcement or government regulatory bodies when required by judicial summons or applicable Indian legislation.

6. Data Retention & Security

Transaction billing records are retained for the statutory period mandated by Indian tax laws. We implement industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and restricted access protocols on our local server and cloud infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access.
